Founder

Bob Percesepe

With a career spanning four decades in the Real Estate industry, Bob's background spans real estate sales, property management, site development, company franchising, and author of real estate resource books. Bob is the Broker/ Owner of Blue Chip Real Estate, a virtual boutique real estate company based in Southport, North Carolina and the President of Blue Chip Transaction Services.

A graduate of The Masters Sales Societies Speakers Academy and New York State Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy, Bob also has a designation as Senior Real Estate Specialist as well as a Strategic Pricing Specialist. He is also a member of The Luxury Home Marketing Institute.

Bobs most recent recognition was as the recipient of The Masters Sales Societies 2012 "Get By Giving" Award, a prestigious honor given to less than 20 industry leaders nationally for their contributions to real estate professionals across the country. Awarded The Realtor of The Year in 2008 by the Dutchess County Association of REALTORS® in New York, he also served as the Associations President in 2011. He will be serving as the 2021 President-Elect for The Brunswick County Association of REALTORS in North Carolina and is a Manager on North Carolina Regional Multiple Listing Service.

Bob and his wife, Debbi, are residents of Southport, North Carolina and have five adult children. (All boys!) and five grandchildren. Huge fans of the North Carolina Coast and the warmth of the Southern lifestyle, Bob and Debbi are deeply involved in their local community. Bob is an avid golfer, sailor and motorcycle enthusiast, and he and Debbi share their Southport home with Murphy, a mushy and lovable Bull Mastiff.


Shirley Visk

Shirley has had a lifelong career in the Real Estate industry and currently holds the role of Director of Operations and Lead Transaction coordinator for Blue Chip Transaction Services.

Although her career has been quite diverse within the industry, Shirley's primary focus has always been on Customer service. A Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of North Carolina, she has been particularly adept at the facilitation of transactions.

Her early career began as a Closing Coordinator for Pulte Homes, a well known production homebuilder, responsible for the closings of 30-100 closings per month, being the single point of contact between homebuyers, sales teams, project managers, lenders, attorneys and title companies. Well versed in the processing of contracts, required documents, and progress reports, Shirley brings these talents to Blue Chip Transaction Services.

As an owner and homebuilder of MW custom Homes and Watson Construction of Paducah KY and Swansboro NC, Shirley deepened her skills as a project manager, accounting specialist, client representative and home designer. In short, she not only designed and built the homes, she managed the background closing requirements, focusing again on client services and developing her skills as a superb closing coordinator.

Most recently she has been retained as a closing coordinator/legal assistant with A.B. Miler law, a fast paced Real Estate specific law firm based in Southport NC. Shirley's past background is the perfect lead-up to her role with Blue Chip Transaction Services, encouraging and committing to the organizations "Commitment To World Class Service".

Shirley resides in Southport North Carolina and shares her home with Griffin, a playful and happy Yellow Lab. An avid sailor, she enjoys traveling and is a die-hard Harley Davidson enthusiast.

Donna Lizza

Donna is a customer service professional, whose experience is vast and varied.

She has been a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors as a licensed Realtor as well as the Southern Vermont board of Realtors as a licensed Broker and served as president 2009-2010.

Her experience includes working buyers and sellers of homes, condos and land, property management, new home construction, renovating, foreclosures and tax sale properties.

In addition to Real Estate, Donna has also had a career in aviation. She has served customers on the ground and in the air, most recently retiring as a flight attendant trainer.

Donna holds an MBA from MCLA and BS/BA from Long Island University.

Donna has been involved in her communities volunteering in Covid Vaccination clinics, Rotary, Loyal Order of Moose, PAC Student Exchange Host and others organizations.

Currently, she divides her time between her homes in Southport NC and Rensselaer NY. She enjoys time with her family in Vermont and New York, including five energetic grandchildren.

Donna is an avid traveler, enjoys boating, gardening; a complete foodie, enjoying cooking, entertaining and wine!


Kimberly Wytaske

Kimberly started her Real Estate career in 2014 as a Realtor for both buyers and sellers. She specialized in residential and new home sales for first-time home buyers, Investors, and everyone in between!

In 2016, she moved into the role of Transaction Coordinator and never looked back. The backside of real estate is crucial to both sides of the sale and having an experienced Transaction Coordinator that is monitoring the transaction from contract to close is vital.

She has always enjoyed working in a supportive role, facilitating with other Realtors to build their businesses. Over the years, She has learned a lot about the Real Estate industry from the Residential, Commercial, Land, and Property Management perspectives and all the challenges that each type of transaction can present.

Each and every transaction is different. She prides herself on being very detail-oriented and being a very hands-on coordinator making sure that every "I" is dotted and every "T" is crossed. Her goal is to make everyone that is involved in the contract to close process feel confident that everything is on track, that all problems that may arise are resolved, and that they enjoy a very smooth transaction overall.

In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing by the pool, going for rides with her husband on their Harley, and watching movies.

Yes we do. However, we understand that you may want to take our service for a ‘test drive’ before you make a commitment. That is why we give you the first transaction for FREE. This will give us the required learning curve to craft your personalized service. Once you get past your first closed transaction we will ask that you commit to a minimum of 15 transactions per year.

Yes! After your initial onboarding you will be assigned a permanent transaction coordinator that will handle all of your transaction. Truly personalized!

At the onset, we will schedule an initial "onboarding" meeting. You will be required, in advance, to complete a questionnaire and a checklist that will outline in detail the specific closing tasks that you want your closing coordinator to accomplish. We can’t start closing your deals until you tell us what you want!

An assistant maintains and manages the day to day administrative duties required to maintain your business. This may include scheduling showing appointments, managing mail campaigns, marketing material or perhaps even website management.

A Transaction Coordinator brings your deals to a closing. This will include all of the needed tasks after your deals are in contract. In short, our goal is to get you closed quickly and efficiently!

Our service is a low cost fee that is assessed per transaction. No salaries, permanent staffing, no withholding taxes, no staff benefit packages. You only pay us when the deal closes! In many cases we can coach you on how to pass the transaction fee to your clients, team leader, or Broker.
